Hmm.
Is the guy passive or tricky enough preflop to limp JJ in LP? If not he has 77 or T9, almost certainly not AJ or J8. Maybe 87?? There are a lot more ways to catch T9 than 77, but this big raise is less common from someone holding the current nuts.
Gotta put the caller on a flush and/or straight draw, with a chance of a top pair type hand. The question is do you want him in the hand or not? I say yes, I want him in to improve my odds in case I'm against T9. On the other hand, if you push the middle guy might be more likely to chase his flush anyway. But you definitely fold him if he's on top pair.
I think the raiser is probably on 77. But I'm a wuss. I probably flat call. Probably this kind of weak call is why I'm not winning more PTBB/100. I think a push might be a better play.
Can you tell I'm conflicted here?
