I know the villain, but I don't remember EVER get in a fight with him.. That's why I don't have any specific reads on him like I do on other 1000+ hands players.. I think he is ok but noihing special given the level he plays. I think he will most likely limp/call his small PP's 99% of the time and fit or fold. Just think about this guy as of someone you see at the tables a lot, but don't really know anything that you think is important about him... I know k3nt won't appreciate me not having real reads, but I guess I get in different post-worthy spots only against players I don't have reads on..

Before you say, this is an easy fold against an "unknown" or this is a never fold against a "donk" I'd like to hear your oppinions on all streets...

The thing is, I didn't bet the turn because at that point I had a feeling that he is preparing another C/R in case I bet because he might think that I think he is C/R flop on FD or something. His river bet was not what I usually see when people overbet bluff (which is really quite often nowdays) and I think he was maybe a little frustrated with the turn outcome..

Anyway.. how should I play this easy spot after he raised me on flop?

I think you need to bet more on the flop, something like 8.5 or 9..not big difference but still..in long run
I cant figure out what he has besides 56 here..so akward.. He CR flop and then checks turn like he is giving up on his bluff. I think I bet on turn something stupid like 35$ just so see his reaction. Given then action he should have set here but its most unusual

Well, I guess he could be making the checkraise on the flop with a flush draw/straight draw or even air as well as a set here. He checked the turn, and maybe CR'ed the flop to get a free card on the turn OOP. The river bet looks a little like a busted flush draw, and I could imagine him with a six there and some kind of flush draw like .

More likely scenario: he checkraised you there with TP(or even a limped AA or KK), shut down on the turn after you called, but after you checked the turn, he went ahead and tried to rep the straight with a bluff. As least it looks like a bet that doesn't want to get called...either way, this guy plays badly postflop. I'm still not sure if you have the winning hand or not, but I wouldn't have been too wild about calling that river.

I guess he could have done a CR on the flop with any pair, putting you on AK because, well, everyone and their mother puts their opponent on AK...makes it easier to donk off your money when you convince yourself you are ahead.

Your line looks fine. He most likely has type of hands. Since he is so cut and dry ABC, I think this is a bluff less than 20%. The best you can hope for is QK, but since he limp calls so many PP he could have any set on the flop or the 66.

edit: maybe a half pot bet will take the pot down on the turn since a scary card came. If he calls or raises that then you know you are done.
