Don't think it matters what you bet on the flop as your flat call of the min raise preflop was weak and you've failed to set up any image for yourself in the hand. I'd raise it to $1.50 here.

Flops a tough one as there is two over cards but as it stands both players called your $2.25 which means you should have checked/mucked for the rest of the hand. Your river bet was pointless.

That was a 4x raise preflop, not a minraise.

The river bet is a blocking bet if anything--such a small bet. You may get called by an ace here, and you'll most certainly get raised by a 6 or boat. I hate betting baby pairs, but I'd rather bet the turn (since you bet the flop) and shut down if called or raised. However, I'm only betting this turn if I think they're both floaters and will FOLD. Otherwise I would rather try to check it down, since we're not beating much.

I bet the river because after the way the action had gone, I figured them for over cards with no pairs or better. I didn't think he would call much more than what I bet without having at least a pair, and if he raised me I could get away from it without losing very much. Villain who called had [Kc].
