I don't remember exactly what my opponents numbers were but on this player I have 155 hands total and he plays 20/16/3.7.

Preflop is quite bad. You should 3-bet yourself but since you didn't you should without a doubt fold to BB's 3-bet.

Flop is also a very easy fold, the only thing you beat is a pure bluff and he has AQ+ here almost always.
