NLT $100 - 99 as an overpair

Table is a bit short with only eight players. Villain is a tad loose at 30 vpip or so with standard aggression. I played a hand earlier in a limped pot where I called a flop bet with 77 as an overpair, he checked behind on turn and river when the flush came and won with QQ.

I get [9h]

UTG+1 and raise to $4, Villain is the only caller from the BB.

Flop comes [3s]

He leads for $4 and I raise to $12, he calls.

Turn is [8d]

, he checks and I check behind.

River is the [Kd]

, he checks again and I check behind him.

I wasn't too happy with how I played this hand.
