Tribeca $200NL 6max

Villain is fairly loose postflop. I've seen him bet the flop full pot very quickly and then fold to a min raise twice. Other than that, basic stats.

I'm in the BB with Q[h] Q[d].

All folds and villain raises to $6 (x3BB) from the SB.

I reraise to $20 and he calls.

Flop ($40) J[h] 3[c] 3[d]. He leads 20. I raise to $60. He calls.

Turn ($160) 7[h]. He open pushes $135.

Hmmm. Didn't I just post something somewhere about not getting too commited with overapairs?

You call, i think you can see Jx, there pretty often.

if he would be Taggish i would be more inclined to fold.

Wide range of hands...could have picked up a flush draw on the turn. Only hand to be worried about is 77, so I call here in a second. If he has KK or AA, he played it well enough to take my stack because I can't sniff it out.

The open push makes me more inclined to call. If he had a set, I think he would have reraised the flop after you showed you liked your hand that much. I would think either two big hearts or Jx.

I'm not sure but I think he thinks that he has some FE. So.. I think you are ahead here.

But there is a chance that he is not able to recognize a good player, maybe he is loose postflop b/c he doesnt use a HUD .Sooo he would go all in holding the nuts cause the average tribeca player would call.

Anyway, I'd call and catch a queen.

Instacall for me. When they open push like that at Tribeca they almost never have more than TPWK. In my experience, they have absolutley nothing at least 50% of the time.

I knew he had ore than nothing this time because of the preflop action, but I wouldve put him on AJ / KJs
