What can he really have here? Do short stacks play 7's that quickly?

I think this is pretty close, meaning the EV in calling and folding isn't largely different. I can't really decide which is better tbh. This is a very easy call with a higher PP (QQ+) and a very easy fold with anything worse than 88. I think my curiousity would get the better of me (and the huge amount of discredit I give to shortstacks would help make the decision).

First I thought to agree with Roy, now I think it is a clear fold.

Board is not very draw heavy, and what's important, CO was still to act after BB CR AI, it gives additional credit to his hand. He very rarely bluffs here, I would estimate that he beats you with overpair or a 7 about 80% of time, and has a draw the other 20%.
