Viliain is very good from the hands i played with him 35/25 willing to act on any weakness shown and overall aggressive.
He raises every and i mean every button and i feel it's time to fight back. I tried reraising in the BB with KJo he called flop Axx i bet he called and i folded on the turn to his bet.

He ran a pretty big bluff in this hand where he is sure willing to act on weakness.

Different vilian, i 3bet him before and i knew it pissed him off and he was ready to stack off with AQo on a Qxx flop. I think he's very capable of calling preflop with a wide range of hands, since my impression is that he getting ready to fight back.

What does Hero do from here?

Hand 1- I like it PF against a 35/25 in position. In the blinds, I muck. As long as you've give the guy respect, overall, and take it one hand at a time and play the atmosphere at the table and between you two. A7 flops shitty, so folding's not a bad move to give that respect, but it all depends on your activity at the table and how observant he's shown to be. I'm completely guessing that your equity against 35% of hands is a bit under 50% so a lot of his range is gonna be tough to play against postflop, so position's key when the turn card falls. But, if you can play it postflop like this, no problem. nh.

Hand 2- Personally, I vary my 3-bet sizes based on position- bigger in the blinds, less later. People generally don't notice it, so it works well when I get AA/KK in position and over-pot with my 3-bet. When you're re-raising in position, the raiser was in earlier position, so more a chance he has a hand that'll give you action while they can also think it's good enough to take a stand and shove half their stack in your face.

I agree with Zmej on checking the flop. It's half-half. If him and I are going at it already, I probably wanna bet/3-bet all-in a lot of times before he changes his mind to not give me action. This board's heavy to semibluff, so I like a shove.
