I haven't played in about 2 weeks so I am definetely rusty. Also, even though I have played for... I dunno, 5 years maybe, I haven't really got any experience of playing against people quite THIS crazy before, so discussion and feedback is appreciated. Since the individual hands don't have that much content I'm posting a series of them, and it would also be interesting to discuss how to adapt optimally in different table settings to this sort of player (if we're lucky enough to find more of them).

First, this is how I find out he is crazy. No reads right now since I am new to the table:

UTG and CO limps, Crazy Person miniraises on the button. I cold call with T8o and the limpers call.

Flop comes T82 all diamonds. I lead out for pot, UTG calls with $3.50 left behind, Crazy Person calls.

Turn is the , I check, UTG pushes for $3.50, and Crazy Person raises to $15. I fold my two-pair getting bad odds to draw to a boat. UTG shows [Qc], Crazy Person shows [3d]. You shouldn't leap to judgement but this sure got my attention.

His stack size is understandably fluctuating a bit between the hands but I will give effective stack sizes. Hands are in chronological orderand all hands are NL $100 5-max.

UTG limps, I raise to $5 with AKs, Crazy Person mini-reraises me and I am the only caller. Stacks are $117.

Flop comes JT3 rainbow, he checks, I check behind.

Turn is an 8, he checks again, I fire $14 and he calls.

River is another T, he donks $10. I call with my AK high.



After that hand PAHUD kicked in and I find out his stats are:

Vpip: 98%
PFR: 63%



********** Hand #2 **********

[i]I'm in the SB with AA. UTG posts short and Crazy Person raises to $3, folded to me and I re-raise to $12. Crazy Person now mini-reraises me. Unfortunately I am busy at another table and don't notice this until the timer is almost up, desperate not to be folded, I have no time to adjust the slider and just hit the raise button (it was that or call, don't know which is better really). So I mini-re-reraise him, he calls. Stacks are $110 deep.

Flop comes 652 rainbow. I check, he checks. Turn is another 2, I bet $30, he calls. River is a 9, I lead for $50 which puts him all-in.


********** Hand #3 **********

I got ATo in the SB and stacks are $27. UTG limps, Crazy Person miniraises and I re-raise to $10.50 and Crazy Person calls.

Flop is AQJ all spades, I do not have a spade. I check, he pushes and it is $17.50 to me. I call.


********** Hand #4 **********

I have TT utg and raise to $4, button cold calls and Crazy Person mini-reraises me. I re-raise to $20, only Crazy Person calls.

Flop comes Q95 rainbow, he checks, I push. Stacks were $52 when we started.


********** Hand #5 **********

CO and button limps, Crazy Person miniraises and I make it $10 with AQo and stacks of $41. Crazy Person is the only caller. Flop comes K9T rainbow, I push.
