Honestly, I don't see why you think he is an easy prey. 30/28 is not a fish. Some good LAGs play like that and show huge profit.
From what you wrote I don't see any obvious holes in his games, and it seems to me that he would be quite tough to play against.
As for adjustments it's hard to tell, judgung by your post you should leave that table. If you play scared money with him he'll run over you. Otherwise play good positional poker.
