I just starting watching my g/f play at Tribeca $100NL. She had Aces earlier, raised to x5, and got 4 callers if that tells you anything.

She has Q[h] Q[s] in Co and raises to x5. Button calls and a limper calls. Button is 73% VPIP and 35% pfr. You know the type.

Flop ($16) J[d] J[s] 2[d]. Finagirl checks, button bets $15, CO calls and limper folds.

Turn ($46) 6[c]. Finagirl checks and CO bets $16. He has about 65 mor and Fina covers.

Your play? Can you just call with stack sizes or is it push or fold?

You messed a bit with the post, on turn it is probably button who bets as cutoff is your girlfriend.

I noticed that paired boards are quite difficult to play, I even going to note what happened on every paired board that I am going to see played to have some statistical reference. The problem is that a lot of players like to bluff at that board, and a lot of times when I tried to pick their bluffs with overpairs they had trips .

As to the hand, read dependent, but it is not push or fold, if he has a J he will call your push, if he has a small pair he will fold. So it is fold, or call him down.
I think I would call turn in most cases and try to decide what to do on the river.

sure at 73% he may have J2 or anything else but whatever, he could have A high, I shove, if he has it I reload and don't even think twice about it

I don't know if shoving is the right play. I think this is a WA/WB scenario. I think I call again, and check/call whatever they bet on the river. Sure I may be missing some value from TT or 99, when they check behind on the river, but I think it is certianly the less variance way to play it.

I think raising makes a smaller PP fold, which he could easily have here, espeically w/ a 79% VPIP or whatever... I may just call him down...
