Say you raise w/ AK in the CO after a EP limper and you get a caller. Flop comes down 9 high, EP checks, and you make a CB. He calls. At this point I most of the time give up on the hand.
Is there anything special you do on the turn if he checks to you again? Does anyone bet out again if they think they can push the guy off a hand(assuming a great read)? Do you wait a certain amount of time before checking or do you check immediately? Does it matter how much is in the pot? Been in this situation alot and was wondering about it.
