Checks to me and I bet 8 into a 17 dollar pot or so, weak bet I know, but whatever... weak bets tend to work on this site

Get called by one player, no real reads but I haven't seen him do anything TOO fishy.

Turn comes .

I bet 14, hoping it looks a bit weak, he min-raise to 28.

What's your line here with the nuts? Reraise or call, and try to squeeze more out of him?

raise... there are a lot of cards that will kill your action on the river... If he has a lower flush, which is most likely, he'll pay you off now, but prolly not if another club comes or if the board pairs.. .

MAAAAAAAAAALLIN... Any raise basically puts you in anyway...

And, if there are a couple limpers to me, I don't raise KT in LP...

i agree with chance that if you bet bigger before, this would be an even easier decision and your opponent would be much more committed. That being said, I agree with everyone, push.

I would be more than willing to bet a stack that it was not a set. It was most likely some moron with A 10...altho I do have the inside knowledge of knowing he folded and I really don't think this guy would have folded so...yeah no set..

I said set before I heard he folded...him folding surprises me.

Honestly. I wasn't even playing this hand as a semi-bluff. I knew I was getting called with an ace and a queen on board so instead of going into check/call mode, I bet enough to get a call from an ace or queen, but probably not a raise unless they had a very big hand. I was trying to build the pot without making it TOO big in case I blank off. Also, if he checkraises me on that flop and I bet 17, he's making it AT LEAST 40, if not 50-60, and with the nut straight/flush draw, there is no way I'm folding with that much money in the pot.

The more I think about this, the more I like that bet, to be honest. I want to give other draws odds to outs they don't really have. Plus if I get check-raised, I can call and easily check/fold the turn to a big bet.
