I would bet the flop, and raise him all-in at the turn. If he has AA pay him off.

reeks of a hand where he called a preflop raise and checked through then hit his hand, however that is about the only hand I fear here since 99 and TT will pay me off, I am all in and hope I am wrong

He might have KQ and if so you'll outdraw him approx. 1 in 5 times on the river.

He pays you off with AJ, A9, TT, and AT.

I don't like calling because you check a non-paired river and he might push giving you heartburn, or he checks behind with A9 fearing you have a set.
