A man after my own heart, you have the audacity to do what I was planning to for some time.

(Incidentally, I've found lipping off my opposition to help the calling. However, keep the chat off youself ... just do random insults. That way you completely protect yourself from being drawn in to a flame war ... all the while given a fee roll to put others on tilt. Clever, huh?)

That said, I've abandoned the short stack strategy.

I've found at the lower stakes, there's simply more money to be made waiting for sets. Also, as I'm sure you've found, constantly leaving and buying in to games is a real headache when you've got 10+ going.

Regardless, you are the first I've come across that has actually used the short stack strategy as I feel it was intended for:

Mega table bonus clearing with a small win rate.

(ps Incidentally Blackie, I've had sessions where I've bought in as many as 10 to 15 times at a single table. I'm sure I was the laughing stock at that specific table ... but it generally balanced out by the end of the day. But I've pretty much gone the other route now ... probably play a lot like you, lol!)

Incidentally ...

To expediate the process of lipping off your opposition, you can hot script your comments, for example ...

When I hit "l", this appears in the chatbox:

"Lol"

When I hit "r", this appears:

"Nice call, loser"

You can just randomly hit keys with vague statements that can apply to anyone. The whole table will hate you, and your variance will skyrocket ... and, theoretically, your win rate should as well.

As I've mentioned in the past, I don't play this game for fun. It's not a social event for me, it's really simply a matter of finding the best overlays on my money. People are simply variables to be manipulated (when I'm playing against them online).

Just thought I'd throw this out there, because there's some nice guys on this forum ... and if you find youself getting tweaked a little ... for me, its absolutely nothing personal.

I'm not even aware of "you" as a person.

And I suspect there are others doing the same.
