Honestly, a shitty spot on the river.
I don't mind the way you played it on the flop+turn, I would bet turn a bit bigger, but the way you played is ok too. On the river a bigger value raise would be better, when he pushes over the top you are looking into the full house the majourity of time.
Though to fold it at the table, but it's a correct play IMO.
