I don't like your lead on flop, as there could be lots of overpairs and you are against 4 opponents, just check/ fold or lead turn if checked around. If you want to bluff reparesenting a 3 try tomake itlook like a slowplay, and again 4 opponents I wouldn't try it.

As played I would call just out of curiosity as to what he could play like this, I suspect something like a pair of 77.

If I was you I would bet the turn, if he smooth calls he has A3 or a bigger PP if he raises he has A3 or an 8 and you can fold.

I think most likely he had overcards and called your flop bet and when you checked twice he took the pot away from you. but I wouldn't call that river if I played it the way you did.

I like the flop bet at 25NL -- because a lot of guys missed that flop and at a passive 25NL table you can take a lot of pots right there. I like no bets after that.
