I went for a c/r when I should have just bet. He was an aggro player and I was pretty sure he would bet this river. I neglected to bet when the J paired after I checked the flop and bet at the J. My opponent probably has no clue about anything except his own 2 cards. Thanks for any thoughts.

If he has no clue beside his two cards then I just shove the river, he very well could call with A hi and such thinking you were bluffing

I will not take any more flops with garbage from the SB.

Definitely bet the river, he raised the turn b/c he thought his hand was good. Make a pot size bet and hope he raises you. There are some good spots to check the river to induce a bluff, but he's shown enough aggression that you should bet and expect to get raised some times. This is a good example of why it's hard to profitably play goofy hands like this from OOP.

He could've had 64 if he's donk
