Its so rare that guys lead full pot with a set, that I ignore that possibilty. Its even rarer that someone who would lead with a set would check the river to you.

Weird that nobody has commented on the horrible preflop call with QJo against a 12/8. As played, raise the flop, raise the turn and push the river.

That was the very first thing I was going to say but as I completed reading the HH it looks as though the 12/8 over-called from the BB and the original raisers stats weren't posted. Calling an UTG raise with QJo isn't really good anyway but the original raiser easily could've been a donk or overly loose which makes it a good call.
