Do you mean 300 times for EACH of those hands, or 300 hands total? Clearly 300 hands total is not enough to draw any kind of conclusion, but 300 each would be.

I have about 100k hands in my PT and have just around 300 times for those hands.

I am a winner with all aces down to A9o. I also win with some of the suited aces below A9s and overall I win money with A8s-A2s. This is over my last 230K hands.

I think one key thing to look at is your PFR%. Mine is around 90% with AKs and gradually goes down to 69% with AJo. Many good players would have numbers even higher than that. The other thing is your W$WSF. Mine is 50% or above for all but AJo where it is slightly below. If yours is significantly lower that would indicate a lack of aggression postflop.

Aks, AKo, AQs and AQo are 4 of my top 16 winning hands. 5, 6, 7 and 16 respectively. To lose with those hands must mean you are a losing player and in that case I'm not sure looking at just these hands is the way to go to plug the leaks.
