Call 1 and use the read on 2

hand 1 I definitely call. I very definitely don't exclude AK from his range here, certainly not JJ, and it's definitely not TT. I also don't see the point in this bet from AA or really KK, although I think if you are beat, KK is most likely. I think you're ahead, though.

hand 2 is rather more difficult without a read. I've been playing a little HU in my spare time, and I think a little less than half of the players like to make huge value bets like this. For the slight majority, it's a bluff. But that still makes it tough because you have to be ahead much more than 50% of the time to justify the call.

I think I lay this one down. It looks too much to me like a J who's angry that he couldn't check-raise you on the turn.
