Is everybody really giving up on this site?

I don't think BTP is ready to die yet.

If you're not posting here anymore, why not? Just because nobody else is? Or is there something more going on?

Yeah, it's been kinda ridiculous the last few days with the porn spamming. Why so much all of a sudden?

2 reasons BTP has been a ghost town lately...
1 - The site problems about a week or two ago that seemed to last forever. I couldn't even create new posts for several days.
2 - That other thing that I don't know if we're allowed to talk about.......well there's nobody here to hear me talk about it, but I guess people can post on more than 1 poker site at a time if they want to, no?

The combo of both those things at the same time are what you're lookin at.

I think 1/2 the place is either in Vegas or on their way too if that means anything.

Yes you can post at two places. Of course. But why would one of the two places become a total ghost town overnight?

It just seems really, really weird to me that it all cleared out so fast.

If the site showed some signs of life, we could get the porn thing under control, I'm pretty sure. But nobody's going to bother doing that if people don't come back. It'll all be gone, down the tubes, permanently.

Personally I think that would suck a whole lot.

I just haven't heard it being mentioned and no link was publicly posted so I didn't know for sure. But not much of anything is being mentioned at the moment so who knows.

Seems even our fearless leader has been absent the last week or so....

honestly i dont post much because this forum is now a bunch of microstakes players posting really simple hands.

there are other places to go for better discussion of difficult hands.
