Agreed. I've never had much success with pf reraises until I moved to $200NL where it seems to be very important.
That being said, I'd add that its probably more effective at higher levels where people can make a fold.

Trust me, Roy, it's worth getting. I really believe this book is going to do for NL what TOP did for poker players in general. It's amazing. It is changing the way I think about the game.
