Here you should call, it is slightly -EV if he has AA, but you should take it here for the image sake and a small chance that he is bluffing.
Though I don't like how you get into this spot. There are many factors involved, but if you are 3 betting with such hands you should be able to check this flop, let your OP to bet and fold/push depending on your read.
