I'm not sure what my table image is at these tables but I'm playing my normal game which is 19/14, so nitty preflop and aggressive postflop if anyone is paying attention.


Bluff #1
No read on villain since he's new to the table, he has a full stack and I cover.

Folded to him on the button, he raises to $4 and I re-raise to $15 with KQo, he calls.

Flop comes 68J rainbow, I bet $22, he flat calls.

Turn is an Ace giving me a gutshot, I bet $45, which would leave him with $15.


Bluff #2
CO who's running at 27/22 opens to $3.50 and I re-raise from the SB to $15 with [Qd]. I'm down to $84 and Villain has me covered. Villain calls.

Flop comes 378 with one diamond. I bet $18 into $26, he calls.

Turn is the giving me a flush draw to go with my two overcards, I push ($53 into $62).


Bluff #3
Villain is a fish, running at 55/22 and has $63, I have him covered. He opens to $3 in the CO and I re-raise to $10 on the button, he's the only caller.

Flop comes 672 rainbow, he bets $12 into the $21.50 pot, I put him in for another $41.

1. I like and would do the same occasionally.

2. This one will get looked up a lot but given stack to pot size ratios I think this is almost a must push because you are almost never getting a free river anyway and folding this would kinda suck. Still, I think you can get the odd fold to make it plus EV.

3. This depends on your cards. In general I would not try to bluff a fish. If you have something like AK/AQ then this is not terribly spewy.

Hand #1 I have him on either a middle pair or a J, that Ace is a perfect scare card (as well as giving me 4 nut outs). If he calls with 99 or JT, I've actually got some decent equity.

Hand #2 I can not see myself check/calling or check/folding here. Check/call is impossible since unless both my overcards are good I don't have the odds, and check/folding here seems weak.

Hand #3 I think that if I re-raise donks with AQ and then fold to a 1/2 pot donk-bet every time I don't hit, I will lose money. If I am the preflop raiser I will raise a HU donk-bet more than 90% of the time regardless what my cards are. If he has a hand that wants a showdown, I think he will check/raise or check/call here, this donk bet looks to me like he knows he shouldn't have called preflop and is now taking a (dumb) stab at it. If he calls, my overcards are most likely good since I don't think he plays a monster like this.

That was my reasoning in all the hands.
