Any reads? All I can say is that most players at 25NL will check/call or check/min raise a set to the raiser.

AQ/KQ/QJ/QT/T9/65 are strong contenders, as well as the more obvious 88/77/87. I guess there's an outside chance of QQ too. Anyway, I push.

I would just call because you have position on him. OOP I would have pushed like Northview suggested. You can call and wait what he will do at the turn. If a scare card hits and he bets hard you can fold.

hmm, he limps, calls, then check raises the flop, either he is going nuts with AQ or he has a set.

I think I just call, see what happens on the turn, a cheap SD would be nice. A lot of people play a set like that though, if the turn blanks and he checks (possibly on a draw/AQ), you can either check behiind and call a river bet or bet yourself hoping to get a river check and then check behind for the free showdown.

I find this hard to fold

I called his push on the turn, and river was blank, he had KK

I push no matter what. There are too many hands that you beat so you have to sink or swim. If he is a solid player, he is likely to fold any draws, so don't give him any. (IMHO)
