I raise to $7 OTB with KK. BB calls

Pot $15. Flop J66. He leads $15. I call
Pot $45. Turn A. He checks, I check behind
Pot $45. River J. He bets $45. I fold.

Standard? Obviously I can raise the flop, but that only makes him fold everything but AJ. I was planning on raising the turn until the A hit.

I think you are really overestimating the skill of most NL200'ers if you think they fold everything but AJ there.

why nobody raises flop?
what if turn was rag again and villian bet close pot again? raising for info would be expensive and calling possible CS move unless villian is a aggro fish
