Edit: oh and why. Uhm, well you can't flat call here and give them odds to draw to 2pair/straight/whatever. You have to raise and with only $200 in your stack the only raise you can make is allin. The pot is like $70, he bets $65 so that's $135. If you call the $65 the pot is then $200 so your raise should be about that much, seeing as you don't have that much you should just push it all in the middle. If everyone folds then great, you took down a pretty big pot. If you get called you're ahead of a lot of hands (A9, K9, TT, JJ, QQ, 88, 77) and if you lose..curse and reload
