I slow called preflop because there was an absolute maniac with a 95%vpip and 75% pfr behind me. He had 5k before he had that $465! He actually folded this time! (to my dismay.)

SB villan is an aggressive maniac but at least from what I've seen, only gets in huge pots with the goods. He is 40%/30%. He's lost 2 or 3 buyins to the maniac before this hand.

I smell a monster here, what else does he call a raise with and then CR the turn, he isnt that deep he cant think after you make that bet that he has any fold equity?? Fold

i called.. not really for any particular reason. i felt i was behind most of time... but he did lose a couple of buyins already and he could be tilted.

I thought that you probably should call this as you underrepresented your hand by much.
