Villain on my right has been playing very aggressively and fairly loose (38/17 or so).
I have $290 and he covers.
He raises to $7 and I call in position with[As]. BB calls as well
Pot $21 Flop is[7s][9h] Villain leads $10, I raise to $30, BB folds. Villain reraises to $100, I push.
How does that look?

I dont like it.
Against loose players it isnt a good idea to slowplay big hands preflop. Then u get flops like that where he could easily have 57, 68, 79, a huge draw..etc.
I would fold to his reraise. But im weak tight at times.
