IMO open-limping in 6max shoud be done very rarely. (in FR too)
As for speculative hands like KQo, AJo, 22, 65s UTG I either raise them if I comfortable at the table, i.e. have reads, can take lots of pots postflop even if I miss the flop, or fold if I am not comfortable.
