I would not have layed that hand down on the river, but perhaps I make river calls too often. It's just that I can't see him putting you on that hand, so I don't think he needs a monster to raise your river bet. I wouldn't like it, but I would call.

One thing I don't like is your flop bet. You have a double gutshot against four opponents. That's just too many to try stealing the pot from. You want to see another card for as cheap as possible. When you bet it becomes likely that someone will raise you, possibly enough that you will have to fold. And even if it's a minimum bet that you can call, seeing a bet and a raise makes it more likely that you will cause other players to drop out, which you generally don't want when you have a draw. You either want everyone to fold, or everyone to stay, and I don't think either scenario is likely with that many opponents. If you only had two opponents I would like the flop bet, but with four I think it's time to slow down. (Especially when you have been shown to bet with draws and nothing a lot in this session!!!!)

Jav- The deeper yours and your opponnents stack is the #1 consideration in whether or not you want to lead out here. If everyone was shortstacked, then there's not much value here in the lead out. But if everyone is deep I might even want to be raised here, for if I catch the card on the turn the pot is getting larger and it's easier to get someone's entire stack here. Granted getting raised will really kill your chances of seeing the river if you call and miss on the turn. But dependent on your read, even if you miss you might be able to make your opponnent drop, or see a free card if an overcard hits.

Palman, yours and my game are so different its hard to fathom. It just goes to show you that theres more than one way to skin a cat. If we were both at the same table I think it would make for a very interesting game.
