I have K9 in the SBand raise to $30. He calls.

Pot $60. Flop K86. I check / call $50.
Pot $160. Turn 9. I lead $50 hoping he raises. He raises to $150. Where do we go from here? $1000 effective stacks.

I reraise to $350. The problem is what do you do if he pushes. Yuck.

I reraised to $400 and he folded. I think I would most likely call if he pushed.
