I think his hand range is AA/KK/AQ/KQ as well as as bunch of SCs with diamonds, 78d, 79d, maybe a weakly played 67d. He could also have 9T.
I don't think he bets the river like ever with AA/KK/AQ/KQ, especially given your tricky image and the possibility you're checking with a big hand. The board is just too scary to bet with a one-pair hand given your range includes lots of 2-pair hands or sets which you'll call with (or so he thinks), and I don't think he's thinking a level deeper than that.
I would probably call a shitty river bet up to $150 or so, but anything more looks to me like a flush/straight hoping to get paid off by a hand exactly like you have.
Poker is silly.
