I am playing at a Party $25 NL table in the BB. I have $31 and I am dealt .

The flop is

SB check and I check. MP bets $1.5 and Sb and I call.

Turn is

Sb checks and I bet $4 into the $8 pot. MP folds and SB wakes up and re-raises me to $15. I have $11 left if I call. SB has me covered.

Do you raise? call? or fold?

First time feilding a question so other more experienced people feel free to overide me if Im wrong.

Guessing that everyone limped, I do think there is a small chance you are ahead. But I think most of the time you need the flush to win. As it stands you are only getting 2-1 on you money by calling. Even figuring if you can get your other $11 into the pot if the flush hits your only getting 3 to 1. With the odd chance your ahead its marginal. So barring any additional info, reads etc, I fold. If I do decidew to stay off a read I think I reraise all-in. Gaining the extra equity if the bad guy were to fold.

I believe you can hit 2 aces, 3 nines, or a flush here.....but I still don't think you have proper odds to call this bet!! So I'm with AA_Suited on this one.

I think you're stuck in a nasty game of "can't win" here. Honestly, in the $25 game, you probably have the best hand 30% of the time here unless there is info about the preflop betting which puts SB in the AK, AQ category. Another 25% of the time you'll hit your 9 or flush. And about 45% of the time you'll lose. So roughly 50-50 odds IMHO if you bet all-in here.

If your bankroll can easily cover a loss, I'd call it. I think you'll gain a very marginal value out of it. If you can't, I'd fold. You'll lose a very marginal value by doing so. If you do call, make sure you make a play note about his betting. There are times I've been taken down by someone but took it all back and then some because I made a note.

Things like "he'll call a reraise with a marginal hand and a dangerous board on the river".
