Is this FR or 6 max? It changes things a lot.

In 6 max how I play AK depends on reads a lot.

For example hand1. Villian Re-raises What is his range, what is his position? If he did it from the blinds I would muck very often. If he re-raises rarely I would muck PF always.

Ideal situation: weak opponent, position, and initiative preflop (you were PF raiser).
(Or a good read, I remember a hand against a CS when I limped peflop in SB with AK, hit a K on uncoordinated flop and took 3/4 of his stack when he called me down with second pair. )

P.S. I am not sure if it helped. I suggest that you post some AK hands with all relevant data, position stack sizes, and most importantly reads (not just pocker tracker stats). This way you will get better responses and analysis.

I guess I have been getting reraised quite a bit with JJ, QQ, AK recently, so thats why I have been calling with AK to see a flop. It's hard to put someone on AA when an A flops as there is only 1 combination in the deck. But I agree there isn't much else he can have in these spots. Possibly AK, but most decent players don't play AK so aggressively.

It does sound like a pretty unlucky week though, if you hit the case ace in each scenario twice already. Hasn't happened often to me, but I also lay down AK to a reraise about 85% of the time as well.
