UTG limps. another limper..to me with KK in the sb. I raise to $12. UTG reraises to $54. I think and think. I move all-in for everything he has. He calls with AQo. My KK held and I won a full stack. Another example why I basically never throw away KK preflop. Even when i'm scared shitless

$54 there doesn't scream rockets as much as many other raises/situations. If I had to choose a hand to fold K's that wouldn't be it.

it wasn't the size of the reraise..it was the postion. he limped UTG then came over top..

I think I would have played it exactly the same we you, though only because I would have put him on QQ or worse and he is trying to put you in a bind if you have AK or something.

I am glad you creamed him, goofy play deserves the darwinan treatement, spend his money unwisely then tell him about it...

Unlike Palman I am weak tight. I would probably have folded (depending on where the hand was played. If it was UB I dont think I fold).

Palman definitely has balls of steel and the bankroll to back it up ... Kenny, is there ever a situation where you would fold KK preflop? I'm sure you occasionally come across AA, but with the people online, don't they just as often raise w/ AQ, or even mid pairs?

Here's a situation where I folded Kings, the only time in my life.

4 People limped to me in the BB, then I raised it to 7, UTG then reraises it to 32

It was pretty obvious he was doing the limp re-raise play there.

I think I read that when you have KK in a full game, 1 in 24 times you will run into aces I know I'm not a good enough player to fold the cowboys pre-flop

I wasn't discounting the possibility that this player has A's. It is definately in his range of hands. However, with the size of his bet it just seems like too much of an overbet/buy to convince me that he has A's surely enough that I can fold K's.

I'd fold J's here without hesitation, because the best I can hope for is a coinflip. But K's are simply too strong here against his range of possible hands to fold.
