There is at least one PP out there. And it could very well be AA or KK, and then you only have three outs (at best if it is KK), and very low odds. Add to that, that there might vey well be another AK or maybe AQ out there, reducing the chances of hitting your A or K vs. a lower PP.

So let say that you get a three way all in (if MP is folding). The best you can hope for is that they have JJ, and AQ - i think. Then you are at best 1/3 to win and would just have the odds to call.

If the JJ would be KK you are done to 1/6 or something.

Since it is high odds of at least a KK or AA out there, it has to be an easy fold.

Most of the time when there is a raise and a reraise your AK is dominated big time. You actually got just about the best you could hope for with AK vs QQ and that's a coin flip.

AK is tough preflop sometimes.
