microstakes up through $50NL = 15ptbb/100 is probably the limit, give or take.
$100NL-600NL = probably about 8-10ptbb/100
$5/10 and up = 5ptbb/100
these are what i'd consider the top end of the bell curve as far as sustainable winrates. but even a winrate at half of these #'s is pretty good.
