Fold PF. Everytime. 77 is about as good as 22. You don't have the implied odds to hit your set, you have very little chance of getting a flop of all unders, and even if you do get say a 6xx flop, Villian could easily have a bigger pair and have you drawing to two outs.

I may call PF without quite proper odds with somethink like TT or JJ, as the chances of getting an undercard flop are much better.
