UB NL 50 is the tightest of the NL 50 games I've found. And I probably have 100K UB NL50 hands, so I can judge. If you're beating it for 5PTBB/100, you can probably play NL100. Because I beat the UB NL50 for 5 PTBB/100 and I'm beating NL100 for 4 and NL200 for 7 over a much smaller sample.
If you are at a NL50 table and the table vpip is 22% or below, it's quite simply not a good table. Can you beat the one or two donks there? Sure. But you have to split their money with everyone else.
But as far as the stats go, W$SD and WTSD are flawed. Because if I decide not to bet my set on the flop, I go to more showdowns. If I bet my hands, I go to fewer showdowns because I make people fold. So whenever you consider these stats, consider also won money when saw flop. If that number is high, your went to showdown numbers can be lower without indicating weak tightness.
I have 300 hands on you personally. In that small sample you do not appear too tight. In fact you're right where I generally think a winning player should be.
