I played in 3 multi-tournaments NL yesterday.
First tournament, I am all-in with 99. Until the river, I can win the hand against 4 other people if I can avoid a king, or a jack or a four. A jack comes on the river.
Second tournament, I am short stacked on the button with K9. It is folded around to me and I push all-in. Both the small blind and the big blind wake up with better hands than me and I lose. The small blind had AJ, and the big blind had KQ. I did manage to cash in the money though.
Third tournament, pre-flop, I push all-in with AA against both J6 and 77. I am good until the river when only a seven can bet me. A seven comes on the river. I also cashed in this tournament. If I had won this hand, I would have had 3 times the average stack in the tournament and probably could have moved way up in the tournament.
