Flop is T8x, checks to me. Pot is $7+. I make my mistake: one opponent has $7 left and the other has $20. I should bet $3.50 so that the $7 guy can push and I can reraise. But I bet $5. Shortstack pushes, other guy calls, and I can only call. GRR.
Turn is a 7. Other guy bets $2 into the pot, I push of course, he calls and he has 96o for the gutshot on the flop that hit on the turn. $50+ pot goes sliding his way.
Now we're down to 3 players, and the other guy who was half-decent picks up and leaves. So now it's me and the gutshot chasing moron with his 50 bucks.
About 6 hands later, I have the 50 bucks back.
I remember 4 of the 6 hands, I think the other 2 I folded preflop with like 32 and 63.
Hand 1 I have the button with T7o, we're limped in. Flop misses me. Check/check. Turn misses again, he checks, I bet, he calls. River misses again, he checks, I bet, he calls -- with T6o. We split the pot with our T highs.
Hand 2 I get 88 and preflop raise, he calls. I bet flop and river on a Txxxx board and he calls down and shows T7 for top pair.
Hand 3 I get 88 again and preflop raise again, he calls. I bet flop and river, a Q came on the turn. He calls down with J7 missing everything.
Hand 4 I get KT and preflop raise AGAIN, he calls. I bet all the streets strong on a KxxKx board and he calls for the rest of his stack with Ax again missing everything.
In four hands, the guy did not raise once, did not bet once, and did not fold once.
