I would drop the shack, I feel it has the poorest composition.

I always thought in black and white compositions that you are aiming for the darkest part of the picture to be totally black and the whitest part totally white - it just has much more dynamic impact - you know Ansell Adams - widest tonal range etc that sort of thing...

Also as the onlookers add little to the picture here I don't see why you want to lighten them...
