Please help me find a TV tuner card or...

I would like to install a TV tuner card or something that will allow me to receive the same channels on my computer as our TV. I have looked at several and I'm not tech savvy enough to pick one. It would be nice if it would act like a DVR if possible. We subscribe to cable and have HD channels. I would like to stay under $200. GOGOGOGO.....and thank you
I refuse to go to treatment, because they don't serve Scotch there.

I have a USB driven one, works great. Just that my cables themselves suck, so it's a fuzzy picture. Using the HD Aerial the picture is great. And it works as a DVR. I'm drawing a blank on it's name though. (it's on the desktop, I'm all the way over here on th laptop)
