In order for me to process these types of things effectively, I would like anyone submitting such a report to me to provide the following information.
1) Operating System (e.g. Windows XP)
2) Browser (e.g. Firefox, Internet Explorer) and version number (in Help -> About)
3) Which page (e.g. forum main page, view category page, view topic page, etc.)
4) An unambiguous description of the fault or area under scrutiny
This will help me immensely, and mean that I don't have to bombard you with various questions after you have raised it.
If you want to be super nice, you can also include a screenshot (instructions below - this should work for all Windows versions).
