From my own playing experience. If you want to play longer, take more breaks. Try this: next time you get tired, distracted, play a hand wrong due to inattention, monkey tilt inducing bad beat, etc, immediately sit out on all tables. Stand up, stretch twice, and walk away for the next ten minutes. Drink a glass of water, stretch again, go check the mailbox.
Stand up, relax yourself and refocus your mind before sitting back in. Even a short break, especially if you were tired before you started or have been playing a while, will really help your play.
Give it a shot next time you are tired.
