played an hour at cake this morning. lost 4 buy ins. AA v 22, KK v TT, JJ v TT. AKh v TT on a 2h3h4s flop.

pretty much quit after that.

buddy staked me for the 100K on stars. cashed but obv missed a NFD w/2 overs just barely ITM. staker told me to play a $16 two table turbo. did. won. now have $100 on stars to play around with.

played a HU match on cake just now. can we say hero call?

As the resident destroyer of computer equipment, I shed a proud tear when I saw your pic of the laptop. Tell me you threw it out of a third story window, or out of a moving car, or shot it out of a monster potato gun, or maybe even smashed it over your head. Cuz that is just plain awesome.

PS. Wireless mouse is good for distance, ut for true destructive power, use the cord of a wired mouse and swing it hard into your desk or wall. Plus, a omuse is much cheaper than a laptop (or a 21" monitor as it were. . . ).

PSS. You should tell your g/f that after I punched my monitor, EM immediately went to amazon and replaced my broken monitor with a wide screen 24" monitor. So obv. the g/f should replace your laptop with a nicer one than the one you broke.

so i tried to be a touney donk tonight. played a few donakaments on stars. got all in as a fav. 5 times. lost all 5. played a $16 two table turbo too. made it to the bubble with CL. longest bubble ever. 8 times the all in player won. then finally ITM with blinds at 300/600. it takes maybe 20 hands to get to 3 handed and blinds get to 400/800. by the time i get HU blinds are 600/1200. and of course i dominate in 6 hands.

played two donkaments on cake as well. in the $25 blinds at 50/100, ive got ~2.5K in chips, villian covers barely.

villian limps utg, 6 other limp to me otb with [9s] i flat push. blinds fold, villian insta-calls, limps all fold.

I too once felt the temptation of 6-max. That's so last year though. All the best players are doing it. I'm telling you, much like those old clothes collecting dust in my closet, FR is will make a comeback. Stick with it.
