At .5/.10, the BB is 10 cents. So 21BB / 100 hands means you averaged 21 * 10c, or 210 cents per every 100 hands.

You're playing way too loose and passive (28 VPIP, 5 PFR). Ideally your PFR should be about half your VPIP - raising about half the hands you play.

I highly recommend reading the stickies and articles on this site, and buying some poker books.

Thank you all for your help there's already been some slight improvement in my play, not loosing as much money! I know to learning poker can be an expensive proposition. So doing research and asking question won't cost as much I hope.

As asked earlier here's my stats at 1270 hands. I will update them again at about 2000 hands to see what difference there is. I know you said 10k but I'd like to 1000 between as check points. We can go into more detail at 10k hands.

Total hands 1270
VP$IP 28.22% So this mean out of 100 hands I played 28 of them not included BB where i had to post, unless I raised from BB.
VP$IPSB 39.25
Folded SB to Steal 71.43
Folded BB to Steal 41.67
Att. to Steal Blind 5.63
Won $ WSF % 21.78
Amount won (40.39)
BB/100 (13.85)
Went to SD% 19.55
Won$atSD 43.04
PFRaise% 6.75
Flop AF 1.96
Turn AF 2.85
River AF 3.06
Total AF 2.41
Total Rake 7.49
Bad beat jackpot cont. 0.00

Is there any other statistic I should post with this ?

Last night I played tighter my vpip was under20% and my pfr was half that as instructed and I left slightly ahead but ahead is better then behind.

Also I play at full tables and my stats won't get recorded if it drops below 6 players. I did that because short hand play is different then full ring play.

Thanks again for all your help every little bit of advice is taken into consideration.
By playing premium hands only though how should I work Early, Late, Mid, or Blinds into consideration.
Ie. If I get a KK on the SB would I raise or try to set a trap, I've tried both ways and it seems to throw off the other players.

Also now that I'm tighter the players that have been at the table a while with are folding when I raise pre flop I can tell their thinking before playing with me because I'm winning more at SD. At pre flop with only .20 raise they'll think then fold if I raise to .30 to .50 they fold. Newer plays will call though because they haven't felt out the table and most likely will play looser later on, I've noticed.

From datamining and having AP10's several 100k hands at $50 FR a while back, we determined the biggest winners were sLAG's who raised about 1/4 of their hands pre-flop.

The 20/10 players were winning about 50% less per table than the 25/6 ones. So your base stats are fine - in fact more or less optimum - for FR $10 & $20 NL tables.

As you move up the stakes the optimum is likely to tighten up as the other players do.

To be honest you can't look much behind Vp$iP and PFR and aggression stats with so few hands.

Your flop aggression is too low - stats like 4/3/2 are more like the norm for a good aggressive player for each of the three streets (yours go 1/3/3).

check out these types of player and autorates here

you don't want to be a happy smile under those rates btw - that means you would be a showdown muppet!

Other than that, nothing jumps out..except your paranoia about posting your site name when you are playing such micro stakes - chill out man - most of us play $200+ tables - we aren't going to drop down to stalk you :)
