Yeah the first 4 or 5 months didn't play much as I was working pretty hard on my research and then spent a couple of months renovating this house while still working on the research, so just didn't have any time. And I suppose the fact that I had to hijack most of my BR to fix this place pretty much put a damper on playing very high and when I did I got spanked in a few sessions of 5-10 O8B to the tune of about -2000. Should never leave the NL tables as I have ran pretty consistently well there. Been playing alot lately (about 1000 hands a day) so things should be looking up for the remainder of the year. I was down for the year 2100.00 in the first week of this month so the last couple of weeks have been pretty nice.

Played some Cake 100 NL today and my god they are worse than the 50 NL players if that is possible. Of course I managed to lose a little bit to some stupid shit and I also donked off a few duckets in a couple of spots. I did flop a Royal Flush which is the first one that I have had in a while. Also saw a nice set over set over set which I have only seen once before. Just glad I wasn't involved in that one.

put in a good 4 hour session of 2 tables (100, 200 NL) while watching the 6 max 5k buy in wsop event. played pretty well and also got lucky on a couple of hands that made up for some early bad luck. all in all finished 20 or so down after intially being down about 200 so not that shabby i suppose.

had to shut the damn games off again. playing fucking perfect poker and up a couple of stacks and then in the span of 2 hands drop the better part of what i had made.

hand 1; versus flop all in on flop and he hits the flush and i don't boat up

hand 2; in bb 3 way pot limped. flop . I check, ep bets pot, lp calls and i pot it and both call, turn , both have 23.00 or less and i bet enough to put them in, ep has kk.

i guess not the worse beats in the world, just frustrating.

also rivered another royal flush today.
